Lakshmi Diabetic Centre (LDC) was founded in 2003 by Dr. A. Sethuramashankaran, a renowned Diabetologist. It was established with the mission of addressing the health concerns of the diabetic population of North Chennai. In its 17 years of service, LDC has vastly raised the standards of diabetes care in general and gestational diabetes care in particular.
Backed by the strong research work of Dr. A. Sethuramashankaran, LDC has firmly established the link between Obesity and Metabolic disorders in the population. LDC has now extended its services in providing scientific and quality care for managing obesity in the general population. LDC has brought world-class, affordable diabetes and obesity care to the doorsteps of Chennai residents.
